Our verdict
Fujitsu's KMCF is a no-nonsense, well-built wall split that undercuts the premium brands while keeping A++ cooling and a slim 222 mm-deep indoor unit. Its SCOP of 4.4 makes it a capable air-to-air heat pump for everyday room heating, if not the most efficient here. The KMCF adds built-in Wi-Fi over the base KMCC, making it the version to buy.
Pros
- Keen mid-market pricing
- Slim indoor unit and quiet outdoor
- Wi-Fi standard on the KMCF
Cons
- Mid-table efficiency
- Less brand cachet than Daikin/Mitsubishi
