If you don't need a full 1kWh or 1,800W, the AC70 delivers most of the usefulness for noticeably less money. It is 1,000W rated, 1,500W surge, with a 2,000W Power Lifting mode for resistive loads that helps it punch above its rating.

Now EcoFlow's mainstream 1kWh pick, built on a 3rd-gen LFP pack EcoFlow rates for a 10-year lifespan. 1,800W continuous (2,400W via X-Boost) covers most single appliances, from a microwave to a hair dryer to small power tools, but there's no extra-battery port, so 1,024Wh is the ceiling.
