Designed to pair with EcoFlow's portable power stations as storage, exactly the battery set-up the UK plug-in rules exclude. It isn't on the ENA register, so it can't currently be self-installed in Great Britain.

Cheap, well-built and battery-free out of the box, and on paper the kind of device the UK plug-in rules were written for. But EcoFlow's GB plug-in filing was marked non-compliant and withdrawn, so it isn't on the ENA register and can't currently be self-installed. Wait for a listed model before buying for plug-in use.
