DNO Notification Checker
Plugged in a balcony solar kit? UK rules say you must notify your local electricity network operator (DNO) within 28 days — it's free, they can't say no, and it takes ten minutes. Find yours and how to do it:
What you'll need to hand
- Your MPAN (the 13-digit supply number on your electricity bill)
- The kit's make and model, and the microinverter's G98 certificate (in the box or on the maker's site)
- Output in kW (800W plug-in kits = 0.8kW) and the date you connected
